The Sullivan Architectural Group was established in 1984. From the start, consistent dedication to responsive client service and design excellence has enabled the firm to complete more than three hundred building projects throughout Connecticut and the Northeast.

Mr. Sullivan has maintained his Architectural practice in Norwalk for the past twenty three years with a total of twenty eight years experience in lower Fairfield County. Mr. Sullivan has been fortunate to establish multi-project relationships with the City of Norwalk, Stew Leonard’s, King Industries, Norwalk Transit, Gardella Brothers, Keith Brown and Andy Kydes who Mr. Sullivan collaborated with on the successful Elmcrest Terrace project.
Mr. Sullivan has become very familiar with the significant attributes of Norwalk’s urban centers. He has experience working with the Norwalk Redevelopment Agency having participated on several façade grant projects. Mr. Sullivan is currently in the design phase of a project in the Reed Putman area as well as providing feasibility analysis for four other urban projects.
Beyond Norwalk, Mr. Sullivan has recently completed two successful urban renewal projects in New Rochelle, N.Y. Both Huguenot Hills and 543 Main Street have been well received by the local community. Also in New Rochelle The Sullivan Architectural Group is nearing completion of working drawings on a twenty story luxury residential building also on Main Street. Other recent projects include Maplewood, 90 units within walking distance to the Village of Mamaroneck Train Station and Harborview, luxury townhouses overlooking Mamaroneck Harbor. Mr. Sullivan has just developed a design for 130 affordable units walking distance to downtown White Plains, N.Y. which was warmly received by local authorities.

Salvatore Talamo has been with The Sullivan Architectural Group since his junior year of school as an intern and began his professional career in 2001 after receiving his B Arch at Roger Williams School of Architecture in Bristol R.I. Dedication and passion has lead Sal to evolve into an Associate Principle achieving the ability to orchestrate every aspect of a project’s development from land analysis to conceptual design, to documentation, consultant coordination, and construction administration.
Sal’s efforts have provided him with the ability to furnish the office and our clients with the knowledge to see a project through from beginning to end. Sal’s primary focus is multiple family residential development where his attributes are providing the user with a timeless and tasteful environment as well as providing our developers with an efficient and effective design approach. This ability gifts each project with the balance required to creating an all around satisfying community.
