The Mariner is a previously conceived and approved project that has been re-deigned by The Sullivan Architectural Group. The Mariner is a transit oriented development of 100 residential units within walking distance to the Port Chester train station. The building is located on the Byram River adjacent to the downtown shopping and restaurant district. This traditionally designed building has 4 residential floors above ground level parking. The brick building, with arched windows, is intended to look like an old renovated warehouse from the Main Street location.
